ALaina money-Garman
Alaina is a homebuilder, writer, speaker, girls girl and occasionally, a really good time.
She’s ‘mostly retired’ from Garman Homes, the company she founded with her husband. After earning lots of awards for getting to do cool stuff as a homebuilder she decided it was time to be a stay at home mom, daughter and podcaster. Alaina and her husband built their dream home in 2023 – they live with their five children, their children’s partners, Alaina’s mom and three to four high maintenance pets.

With Broadway roots, a coach’s heart, and the kind of NYC real estate instincts you only earn after living in almost every borough, Steph believes in people first, product second—and has zero time for anything that doesn’t support joy, sanity, or good lighting. On the mic, she brings honesty, humor, and just the right amount of spice as she reminds listeners that life’s too short for bad vibes, boring conversations, or apartments that don’t spark joy. She resides in Brooklyn with her feisty rescue pup, Pandi.
